The History Of KD Part 1In 1994, an organization was created shortly after the beginning of what was known as ICE, ICE was the original version of SPiN. When Dragonis was 14, he had just lost the love of his life and had nothing else left. So, in her loving memory, Dragonis created NVC (The Net Vampires Clan).
